Delivery times
Unless a estimated delivery time is stated in the product description, the delivery may take 1 - 3 business days. International shipments are usually delivered between 3 - 5 business after confirmed receivement of payment. Please take note that deliveries on sundays as well as on national holidays. In case of a personal handover at our headquarters, please inform us via e-mail about date & time of the handover. Wait for further instructions. Of course the latter case will save you the shipping costs.
Delivery of downloadable products
No shipping will be charged for downloadable products.

In case of deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:

- Cash on delivery (plus COD charges 8,50 €, furthermore, € 2,50 Is incurred as delivery charges, which you must pay not to us but to the delivery company directly)
